Clean Fox (“we”, “us”) provides on-site furniture dry cleaning in Dubai, UAE. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and related Dubai regulations.

What we collect
From a booking request: name, phone number, the service you chose, and the time you submitted the form.
From chat with Aisha: messages you type, so we can quote and book. Chat is processed by our hosting and by OpenAI as a processor acting on our instructions.
From a call or WhatsApp: the number you use and the details you send, including photos of furniture if you share them.
Automatically: basic device and log data needed to run the site (for example, IP address in server logs). We do not run advertising pixels or sell lists.
Why we use it
To send a from-price, confirm a visit, and carry out the clean in your home or building in Dubai.
To reach you about the same request (call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email) and to handle support after a job.
To keep records we reasonably need for complaints, safety, and UAE accounting rules.
Legal bases: performing a contract or steps you ask for before a contract; our legitimate interest in running a local cleaning business; and consent where you tick the privacy box on the form.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We share only what is needed with: our technicians on the day; hosting providers; OpenAI for the website chat; and WhatsApp if you message us there (Meta’s terms then also apply).
We may disclose data if UAE law, a court, or a competent Dubai authority requires it.
Storage and transfers
Leads and chat may be stored on servers outside the UAE (including the EU or United States) under processor contracts. We keep data only as long as the job and a reasonable follow-up period, then delete or anonymise it unless UAE law says we must keep it longer.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to or restrict certain processing, by writing to cleanfox.ae@gmail.com. We will respond within the time PDPL requires.
You may complain to the UAE Data Office. If we cannot resolve a request, we will tell you how to escalate.
Children
Our site is for adults booking a home service. Do not send us data about a child unless you are the parent or guardian and it is needed for the job.
