Who we serve

We clean residential furniture on-site in Dubai. Coverage is limited to districts we confirm at booking. Jobs outside Dubai, or in a community we do not cover, will be declined.

Commercial premises (offices, shops, buildings) are quoted separately. Leave company name, address, phone, and email — a manager will contact you. These web prices do not apply.

Quotes and “from” prices

Website and calculator figures are starting prices in AED, not a final invoice. The crew confirms the from-price after they see size, fabric, stains, and access.

A booking is confirmed only when we agree time, address, and price with you by phone or message. We do not collect a deposit on this site.

Prices on the site do not include a separate tax line. Any amount due is the confirmed job total we state before we start.

The visit

You (or an adult you appoint) must be present, grant access to the rooms, and arrange building or community permission if the development requires it.

We need a working power socket and reasonable water access. Parking or unloading must be possible at the building.

Move small valuables, electronics, and breakables off the piece. Tell us about pets, allergies, wet paint, or a fabric warranty before we start.

Dry cleaning is not reupholstery, mould remediation, or repair of tears, burns, or worn foam. Pre-existing damage stays. Some stains (ink, dye, rust, age yellowing) may lighten but not fully clear — we will say so if we see the risk.

Products and drying

We use on-site dry-cleaning methods and eco-leaning formulas suited to the fabric. Pieces usually stay in the home; we do not haul sofas to a plant unless we agree otherwise.

Allow the stated drying window before heavy use. Humidity in Dubai can extend drying. We are not liable for marks from sitting on a piece that is still damp after we advise you to wait.

Cancellation and time

Please give at least four hours’ notice to move or cancel a slot. Repeated no-shows may be refused future bookings.

Same-day windows depend on traffic and the previous job. We will message if we are running late.

Payment

Pay the confirmed amount after the job, in AED, by the method we agree (typically cash or card). Title to the service passes on payment.

Liability

We take care of your furniture. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for that visit, except where UAE law does not allow a limit (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

We are not liable for indirect loss, building rules you did not disclose, or damage from a condition of the furniture that was not reasonably visible.

Website chat

Aisha is an assistant that helps with quotes. It does not create a binding booking until a manager or technician confirms. Do not send payment card numbers in chat.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
